* 검정고시 대입시험 영어 동명사.

◈ 동명사

1. 동명사 : 동사원형 + ing -하는 것, -하기

2. 동명사만 목적어로 취하는 동사 : give up, finish, mind, enjoy, stop

3. 동명사의 의미상의 주어 : 주절의 주어와 다를 때 명사·대명사의 소유격을 동명사 앞에 쓴
다
ex) I don't like her going out.

4. 관용적인 표현
① be busy～ing : ～하느라 바쁘다
② It is no use ～ing : ~해야 소용없다= useless .
③ Keep( prevent, stop + O + from ～ing : …가 ～못하게 하다.
④ feel like ～ing : ～하고 싶은 기분이 들다
⑤ How(What) about ～ing : ～하는 것은 어때요?

How about going to the movies?
⇒ What do you think of going to the movies?
⇒ What do you say to going to the movies?
⇒ Why don't we go to the movies?
⇒ Shall we go to the movies?
⇒ Let's go to the movies, shall we?
⑥ There is no ～ing : ～하는 것은 불가능하다 ⇒ It is impossible to Root
There is no knowing what may happen tomorrow.
⑦ On ～ing : ～하자마자
On seeing me, he ran away.
⇒ As soon as S + V
As soon as he saw me, he ran away.
⇒ He had no sooner seen me than he ran away.
⇒ No sooner had he seen me than he ran away.
⇒ He had hardly(scarcely) seen me when(before) he ran away.
⇒ Hardly(scarcely) had he seen me when(before) he ran away.
⑧ can't help ～ing : ～하지 않을 수 없다
⇒ can't but Root = have no choice but to Root
I can't help falling in love with you.
⇒ I can't but fall in love with you.
⇒ I have no choice but to fall in love with you.
⑨… to + ～ing : 전치사 to의 목적어
I am looking forward to seeing her again.

* 검정고시 대입시험 영어 문장의 요소.

* 구 : 2 이상의 단어가 만나 하나의 품사 구실을 하는 어군

1. 명사구 : 문장에서 주어, 보어, 목적어 구실을 함. to부정사, 동명사 등

ex) To speak good English is not easy.

2. 형용사구 : 명사의 대명사의 앞, 뒤에서 명사를 수식하거나 문장의 보어 구실을 함

ex) I have a work to do.

3. 부사구 : 동사, 형용사, 부사 또는 문장 전체를 수식

ex) He did it on purpose.

4. 동사구

5. 전치사구

6. 접속사구

*절 : [주어 +동사] 형태를 갖춤

1. 등위절 : 등위 접속사인 and, but, or, for, so 등으로 연결되어 대등한 관계인 두 절

ex) You are a boy and I'm a girl.

 
2. 종속절 : 명사절, 형용사절, 부사절

 

 

 

 

* 검정고시 대입시험 영어 부정사.

부정사

 

1. 원형부정사 : 지각동사나 사역동사의 목적보어로 쓰이는 to 없는 부정사
① 지각동사의 목적보어 ( see, hear, feel )
ex) We heard the girls sing.
② 사역동사의 목적보어 ( make, let, have )
ex) You can not make the horse drink the water.

2. to 부정사 : to + 동사원형. 명사적 용법, 형용사적 용법, 부사적 용법

3. 부정사의 의미상의 주어
①「for + 목적격 + to부정사」
ex) This lesson is difficult for them to understand.
②「of + 목적격 + to부정사」: kind, good, wise, …다음
ex) It is very kind of you to help me.

4. 주의해야 할 부정사
① too～to 용법. 너무 ～해서～할 수 없다= so～that can not…
ex) He is too old to work.
② enough to～ = so～that can ～할 만큼 충분히～하다
ex) He is strong enough to carry them at a time.
③ seem to 부정사 -하는 것 같다 ex) The old man seems to be weak.
5. to 부정사를 취하는 동사들 : want, hope, decide, wish, learn
