현재 제 영어실력이 어느 정도인지는 확실하지가 않지만 영어번역사에 한번 도전해 보려구요…
번역일은 재택근무가 가능하다고 해서 애기도 보면서 일할 수 있을 것 같아 맘이 놓이거든요..
그래서 일단 토익 시험을 봐서 점수를 보고 번역학원을 다닐까 하는데요.

번역일은 프리랜서 라는 점이 아주 좋죠. 자신이 원하는 시간에 번역일을 하면 되니, 매우 자유롭다고
볼 수 있습니다.
우선 한국에서의 번역사 시험은
번역능력시험인 TCT 시험이 있습니다. 1,2,3 급으로 나눠지며 1급일수록 취득하기가 힘들죠
번역사 자격증을 취득한다고 해서 바로 번역사가 된다는 그런 의미는 없습니다. 하지만 소지할 수록 훨씬
번역 일을 맞기는 쉬워지겠죠. 자신의 번역능력을 알아본다는 취지도 있구요.
번역이란 일은 작가의 생각과 문화적 습성을 이해해야 하며 풀어나가야 한다고 봅니다. 또한 읽는 분에게
어떡해 하면 좀더 쉽게 풀이할수 있을까란 생각도 해야하기 때문에 매우 까다롭죠.
